Game farmers - - Methodology
All the eggs for pheasants and partridges are produced in metal laying pens, off the ground, on wire. This process allows to have a high cleanliness standard guarantying a better hygiene quality. The drinking and the feeding systems are automated and the installations are disposed in right way to make the egg collect easier.
Breeding stock for pheasants is reared and selected in East Europe. The harsh weather makes strong and rustic birds. Colour, weight, size and behaviour are the criterions of selectivity.
Breeding stock for partridge is reared in France. Marked and followed with computer hardware, our own layers are selected on their colour, weight, size and behaviour to improve constantly the strain of them.
