Game farmers - Works instrument -
The lighting of the sites allows us to control the laying in accordance with the demand.
All the eggs are collected every day, washed if necessary, sorted, identified (stamped with a farm number), disinfected by fumigation, packaged and stored in cooling place.
All those operations are made following the principle of the one-way forward. Then, eggs are brought to the Hatcheries every Monday and Thursday. Disinfected again, put into boxes for the costumer, if necessary, or in trays to be hatched.
A technician from Gib Ocean goes weekly to the farms to check the birds, the laying reports and the game farm reports. He makes sure of the good health, the treatment to carry out if necessary, and advices about techniques and answers if there is any question.
